Neri is an advisor, speaker, and author, recently named to the Thinkers50 Radar List for 2024, recognising her as one of the world’s top 30 emerging management thinkers. She is an Adjunct Professor and Entrepreneurship Expert at the University of Oxford and holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Neri is also the founder of Neri Karra, her family’s global luxury leather goods business, which has been manufacturing for leading Italian labels for over 25 years.

Natasha Cristin is a senior brand strategist, marketing advisor with 10 years of experience scaling brands and driving revenue. She is the CMO of ENDOless, a Station F - backed femtech startup transforming endometriosis care through data-driven insights. Previously, she led brand and product marketing at Nissan and has since advised businesses on go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. Natasha holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from LSE and an MSc in Marketing from Cass Business School. She is passionate about women’s empowerment and challenging outdated marketing norms and helping women-led brands claim their space.
Alexandra Mont is the founder and CEO of ENDOless, a deeptech startup using AI to revolutionise women’s health research and chronic care. ENDOless helps women track symptoms, identify patterns, and improve their quality of life, while also providing clean, structured health data to advance medical research. Inspired by her own journey with endometriosis, Alexandra is committed to putting women at the center of research. With a background in consulting, AI, and change management, she has led major projects across luxury, industry, and digital transformation. A PMP®-certified project manager with an Executive MSc from SKEMA Business School, she also contributes to PMI France, supporting future project leaders.
